Automobile power window ripple anti-pinch circuit
The invention relates to an automobile power window ripple anti-pinch circuit which comprises an MCU and a ripple sampling circuit. The ripple sampling circuit comprises a differential amplification circuit, a first-order low-pass filtering circuit, a second-order low-pass filtering circuit, a ripple wave-to-square wave circuit and a triode voltage conversion circuit; voltage drop is generated at two ends of a differential amplification sampling resistor; the first-order low-pass filtering circuit is used for filtering waveforms after differential amplification and outputting two paths of first-order filtering signals at the same time; the second-order low-pass filtering circuit filters one path of first-order filtering signals and transmits the first-order filtering signals to the MCU for judging the size of the working current of a motor; the ripple wave-to-square wave circuit is used for converting the other path of first-order filtering signals and second-order filtering signals into square wave signals; and the triode voltage conversion circuit is used for converting the square wave signals into square wave signals with voltage the same as MCU power supply voltage and transmitting the square wave signals to the MCU. By the adoption of the technical scheme, ripple wave signals are converted into the square wave signals through a hardware circuit, software operation is reduced, MCU resources are saved, and the MCU cost is reduced.
