The invention relates to a foldable telescopic turnover step ladder which comprises four stand columns and a plurality of translation pedals. Two fixed longitudinal vertical connecting plates are hinged to the upper ends of the four stand columns, a transverse connecting piece is fixedly connected between the two fixed longitudinal vertical connecting plates, and the translation pedals are sequentially hinged to the four stand columns to form a sliding turnover step ladder body composed of parallel connecting rod mechanisms; and sliding nuts are fixedly connected with the outer sides of the fixed longitudinal vertical connecting plates, two sliding rails are inserted into the sliding nuts in a sliding mode and are parallel to each other, and the two ends of each sliding rail are installedon a sliding rail fixing base to form a parallel sliding rail set. A parallelogram mechanism of the foldable telescopic turnover step ladder is ingeniously applied, unfolding and folding of the sliding turnover step ladder body are facilitated, sliding pairs of the parallel sliding rail set are adopted, rapid stretching and retracting of the sliding turnover step ladder body are achieved, and thefoldable telescopic turnover step ladder has the advantages of being convenient to unfold, capable of being folded together after being folded, small in size, capable of being conveniently arranged ina narrow space and the like.
