The locking and sealing device comprises a first shell, a second shell, a third shell, a locking connecting piece, a radio frequency antenna plate, at least two conductive claws and a radio frequency IC chip; the third shell and the second shell are connected through a first clamping structure; the first shell and the second shell are connectedthrough a second clamping structure; the second shell is positioned between the first shell and the second shell; at least one conductive part is arranged on one surface of the locking connecting piece; each conductive claw is electrically connected with the radio frequency antenna, one end of each conductive claw is provided with an elastic connection structure, so that the conductive claw can do elastic motion up and down, the other end of each conductive claw is provided with a stress inclined plane, and when the stress inclined plane is subjected to acting force in the horizontal direction, the conductive claw is compressed downwards, and when the acting force is withdrawn, the conductive claw can bounce upwards. According to the technical scheme, the radio frequency IC chip is recognized and read by the reader-writer matched with the radio frequency antenna, and then whether the locking and sealing device is in the locking and sealing state or not is detected.
