The invention discloses a flanged metal honeycomb plate and a manufacturing method. The honeycomb plate comprises a flat plate assembly, the edge of the flat plate assembly is provided with a folded edge assembly, the flat plate assembly is a honeycomb plate composed of a first outer panel, a first honeycomb core plate and a first inner panel, and the folded edge assembly is a honeycomb plate composed of a second outer panel, a second honeycomb core plate and a second inner panel; the first outer panel and the second outer panel are formed by bending a whole plate, and the first inner panel and the second inner panel are connected into a whole through a connecting piece. The first outer panel and the second outer panel are formed by bending the whole plates, the first inner panel and the second inner panel are formed by bending the whole plates, and the bending can be formed after the panels and the core plates are compounded. Compared with an existing machining process of a similar product, the cost is low, the application and popularization are easy; and the folded edge assembly can be used as a mounting part of an external component, and is firmer and more convenient than beingdirectly mounted on the flat plate assembly.
