The present invention provides a flange that can be joined to a pipe member with excellent strength and airtightness by comprising a flange main body having a crimp hole into which the pipe member can be inserted; and a spike projecting from the inner circumferential surface of the crimp hole and stuck in the outer circumferential surface of the inserted pipe member. The crimp hole is formed to have the inner circumferential surface to be in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the pipe member, and the spike is formed in a closed ring shape along the inner circumferential surface of the crimp hole. The present invention also provides a flanged pipe having such a flange and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은, 관 부재가 삽입될 수 있는 압착구멍을 가진 플랜지 본체 및 압착구멍의 내주면으로부터 돌출되어 삽입된 관 부재의 외주면에 박히는 스파이크를 포함하되, 압착구멍이 관 부재의 외주면에 밀착되는 내주면을 가지도록 형성되고, 스파이크가 압착구멍의 내주면을 따라 닫힌 링 형상으로 형성됨으로써, 관 부재에 우수한 강도와 기밀성으로 접합되는 플랜지를 제공한다. 또, 본 발명은, 이러한 플랜지를 가진 플랜지붙이 관 및 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
The present invention provides a flange that can be joined to a pipe member with excellent strength and airtightness by comprising a flange main body having a crimp hole into which the pipe member can be inserted; and a spike projecting from the inner circumferential surface of the crimp hole and stuck in the outer circumferential surface of the inserted pipe member. 본 발명은, 관 부재가 삽입될 수 있는 압착구멍을 가진 플랜지 본체 및 압착구멍의 내주면으로부터 돌출되어 삽입된 관 부재의 외주면에 박히는 스파이크를 포함하되, 압착구멍이 관 부재의 외주면에 밀착되는 내주면을 가지도록 형성되고, 스파이크가 압착구멍의 내주면을 따라 닫힌 링 형상으로 형성됨으로써, 관 부재에 우수한 강도와 기밀성으로 접합되는 플랜지를 제공한다. 또, 본 발명은, 이러한 플랜지를 가진 플랜지붙이 관 및 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
