Bright glaze for ceramic archaized brick, and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses bright glaze for a ceramic archaized brick, and a preparation method thereof. The bright glaze is prepared by ball-milling a glaze and additives, wherein the glaze is preparedfrom, by weight, 37-84% of zirconium white frit, 9-56% of transparent frit and 5-7% of clay, the additives are sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium polymethyl cellulose, and the addition amounts of thesodium tripolyphosphate and the sodium polymethyl cellulose are 0.2-0.4% and 0.3-0.6% of the weight of the glaze respectively; and after the raw materials are mixed, dried, ball-milled and glazed, thebright glaze can be formed on the surface of an antique brick blank. The bright glaze capable of being applied to the antique brick green body has the advantages of being flat, smooth and fine in glaze surface, high in microhardness, high in glossiness, environmentally friendly, free of pollution, good in abrasion resistance and decoration performance and obvious in bright effect of the antique brick.
一种陶瓷仿古砖用亮光釉及其制备方法，所述亮光釉经釉料和添加剂球磨后制备所得，所述釉料包括以下重量百分比的各原料：锆白熔块37～84％、透明熔块9～56％、粘土5～7％，所述添加剂为三聚磷酸钠和聚甲基纤维素钠，其添加量分别为釉料重量的0.2～0.4％和0.3～0.6％；所述原料经混合、干燥、球磨和施釉后，可与仿古砖坯体表面形成亮光釉。本发明研制出可施于仿古砖坯体上的亮光釉，具有釉面平整、光滑、细腻，显微硬度高、光泽度较高且环保无污染的优点，耐磨性及装饰性能好，仿古砖的光亮效果明显。
