The invention discloses a construction method for a high-mixing-content steel slag micro-powder and cement composite concrete pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting of a template: putting the template onto a base layer according to a pay-off position, and driving steel chisels into the base layer at two sides of the template to fix the template; S2, mixing and transporting of large-mixing-amount steel slag micro-powder and cement concrete: a step of blending 180-200 parts by weight of cement, 180-200 parts by weight of steel slag micro-powder, 1100-1150 parts by weight of machine-made sand, 700-800 parts by weight of broken stone and 140-160 parts by weight of water through a concrete stirrer, and after completion of stirring, conveying an obtained mixture into a construction site; S3, paving and compacting by vibration; S4, surface shaping and repairing; S5, joint construction; and S6, curing and engraving. According to the invention, a scientific raw material ratio is obtained through strict tests, so addition of high-mixing-content steel slag micro-powder can be realized in the pavement paving process.
