The novel recycled concrete mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 89-126 parts of a recycled aggregate, 48-86 parts of a new aggregate, 78-135 parts of Portland cement, 32-56 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 35-65 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 20-45 parts of methyl silicone oil, 33-49 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10-23 parts of a water reducing agent, 8-16 parts of a curing filler, 55-68 parts of a reinforcing filler, 30-58 parts of an anti-cracking agent and 500-1200 parts of water.According to the invention, the generation of micro cracks in the recycled concrete can be effectively reduced, so that the porosity of the recycled concrete is effectively reduced, and the compressive strength, impermeability and other properties of the recycled concrete are improved.
