The method comprises the following steps: preparing an oil-rich pouring type asphalt mixture, prefabricating a standard test block on a backfield, demolding and storing at normal temperature, heating and remelting by microwaves on site, coating with a thermoplastic resin waterproof bonding layer, backfilling and repairing an original paving pit slot, hot-melting and splicing joints, spreading a thermal radiation-anti-aging nano-composite material, pressing in high-strength gravels and the like. According to the method, a pouring type asphalt mixing backfield prefabrication-field heating remelting technology is adopted, and high bonding strength, excellent water stability and fatigue cracking resistance are achieved, so that the problems that the extremely-high temperature of the surface of a steel bridge deck pavement reaches 70 DEG C or above, and ruts and displacement occur shorttime after operation are solved; and on-site rapid maintenance and rapid traffic opening are achieved, large-scale mixing construction equipment is not needed, and the pavement maintenance convenienceunder domestic large traffic flow is greatly improved.
