Asphalt pavement overhaul and medium repair maintenance decision-making method
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement overhaul and medium repair maintenance decision-making method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, milling an asphalt concrete layer of an originalpavement downwards for 15-25 mm, enabling the structure depth of a milled surface to reach 2 mm or above, and then cleaning the milled surface by using spraying and pumping integrated equipment; 2, paving a bonding waterproof layer on the milled surface, pouring gravels and coarse grinding balls into a stirring cylinder, stirring for 10 min, pouring out the coarse grinding balls, pouring in asphalt and the gravels, mixing for 15 min, uniformly pouring the mixture of the asphalt and the gravels into the milled surface, and finally rolling and forming by using a pneumatic tyred roller. The coarse grinding balls and the gravels are poured into the stirring cylinder and stirred in advance, the roughness of the surfaces of the gravels can be increased through the coarse grinding balls, and after the roughness of the surfaces of the gravels is increased, the connecting face of the gravels and asphalt can be increased, so the bonding strength with the asphalt is improved.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面大中修养护决策方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:对原路面的沥青混凝土层向下铣刨15~25mm,且铣刨面构造深度达2mm以上,然后利用喷抽一体设备清洁铣刨面;步骤二:在铣刨面上铺设粘接防水层,先将碎石和粗磨球倒入搅拌筒内搅拌,搅拌的时间为10min,然后倒出粗磨球倒入沥青与碎石混合,混合的时间为15min,接着将沥青和碎石的混合物均匀倒入铣刨面,最后用轮胎压路机碾压成型。本发明通过在搅拌筒内预先倒入粗磨球和碎石搅拌,可以利用粗磨球增加碎石表面的粗糙度,当碎石表面的粗糙度增加后,能够增加与沥青的连接面,从而提升和沥青的粘结强度。
