A cast-in-place cup-shaped connector is coaxially formed at the upper end of the cast-in-place pile, an embedded section on the lower portion of a prefabricated pipe pier is inserted into a socket hole of the cast-in-place cup-shaped connector, a pipe pier outer side connecting grouting material is poured between the lower end face of the embedded section and the bottom face of the socket hole and between the outer wall of the embedded section and the socket hole, and pipe pier inner side core filling concrete is poured into a hollow hole in the lower portion of the prefabricated pipe pier; and a vertical main rib of the cast-in-place pile extends into the cast-in-place cup-shaped connector, and a longitudinal connecting rib extending into the hollow hole of the prefabricated pipe pier in the longitudinal direction is arranged in the cast-in-place cup-shapedconnector. The vertical main ribs of the cast-in-place pile extend into the cast-in-place cup-shaped connector, and the longitudinal connecting ribs of the cast-in-place cup-shaped connector extend into the hollow hole of the prefabricated pipe pier in the longitudinal direction, so the requirement for the anchoring length of reinforcing steel bars can be lowered, and connection between the pipe pier and the cast-in-place pile is achieved through small work amount and large construction error tolerance.
