The invention discloses a prefabricated pipe pile pier temporary supporting device and a construction method thereof. The temporary supporting device comprises a plurality of fixing sleeves, and each fixing sleeve is provided with a first supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly; the first supporting assembly comprises inclined supporting frames which incline in the length direction of the fixing sleeve and are connected to the two sides of the fixing sleeve. The second supporting assembly comprises a horizontal connecting rod which is horizontally arranged and connected with the multiple fixing sleeves. According to the technical scheme, the inclined supporting frame and the horizontal connecting rod of the temporary supporting device for the prefabricated pipe pile pier are connected with the fixing sleeve, the fixing sleeve is used for sleeving a prefabricated pipe pile, and the inclined supporting frame and the horizontal connecting rod apply supporting force perpendicular to each other on the same horizontal plane to the fixing sleeve, so that the fixing sleeve can be horizontally fixed; and then the prefabricated pipe pile is supported and fixed, so that the prefabricated pipe pile is higher in stability and not prone to deformation.
