The invention relates to the field of building assembly, in particular to a waterproof structure of a connection joint of a prefabricated outer wall and a cast-in-place structure. The waterproof structure comprises the prefabricated outer wall, a waterproof plate and a first protection piece used for preventing the waterproof plate from shifting when the prefabricated outer wall is prefabricated;when a steel framework of the prefabricated outer wall is constructed, the first protection piece is fixed in the steel framework, and one end of the waterproof plate is clamped in the first protection piece; when a wall body of the prefabricated outer wall is poured, one end of the waterproof plate is embedded in the wall body; a groove is formed in the end part of one end, connected with a cast-in-place component, of the prefabricated outer wall, the other end of the waterproof plate extends out of the prefabricated outer wall from the bottom of the groove, and the cast-in-place component extends into the groove and surrounds the waterproof plate when the cast-in-place component is poured. According to the waterproof structure, the groove is formed, the waterproof plate is embedded in the prefabricated outer wall and the cast-in-place component through the groove, so that the technical problem of aging caused by leakage of the waterproof plate is solved, and the first protection piece prevents the waterproof plate from shifting when the prefabricated outer wall is prefabricated.
