The invention relates to a waterproof structure at the joint between a prefabricated outer wall and a cast-in-place floor slab and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that when the cast-in-place floor slab is constructed, a drainage pipeline is pre-buried in the position, close to the outer side face, in the cast-in-place floor slab, and a pipeline opening in one side of the drainage pipeline is formed in the upper surface of the cast-in-place floor slab and is close to the outer side face of the cast-in-place floor slab; a pipeline opening in the other side of the drainage pipeline is formed in the outer side face of the cast-in-place floor slab; when the prefabricated outer wall is installed on the cast-in-place floor slab, a first waterproof layer is arranged at the joint between the inner side face of the prefabricated outer wall and the upper surface of the cast-in-place floor slab; and a second waterproof layer is arranged at the joint between the outer side face of the prefabricated outer wall and the outer side face of the cast-in-place floor slab. According to the waterproof structure at the joint between the prefabricated outer wall and the cast-in-place floor slab and the construction method thereof, the drainage pipeline is arranged to drain infiltrated rainwater to the outer side, and the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer are further arranged at the joint between the cast-in-place floor slab and the prefabricated outer wall, waterproof of the indoor side and waterproof of the outdoor side are achieved, so that outdoor rainwater can be effectively prevented from infiltrating into a room from the joint, and the waterproof performance is improved.
本发明涉及一种预制外墙与现浇楼板接缝处的防水结构及其施工方法，包括如下步骤：在施工现浇楼板时，于现浇楼板内靠近外侧面的位置预埋排水管道，将排水管道一侧的管道口设于现浇楼板的上表面上并靠近现浇楼板的外侧面，将排水管道另一侧的管道口设于现浇楼板的外侧面上；在现浇楼板上安装好预制外墙时，于预制外墙的内侧面和现浇楼板的上表面的连接处设置第一防水层；于预制外墙的外侧面和现浇楼板的外侧面的连接处设置第二防水层。本发明设置排水管道将渗入的雨水排出到现外侧，在现浇楼板和预制外墙的接缝处还设置第一防水层和第二防水层，实现了室内侧的防水和室外侧的防水，能够有效的阻隔室外的雨水从接缝处渗入到室内，提高了防水性能。
