Fabricated outer frame shear wall structure system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a fabricated outer frame shear wall structure system and a construction method thereof. The structure system comprises column bodies arranged in a dotted mode. A wall body or abeam body is connected among the column bodies. The wall body and the column bodies form the internal wall structure, and the beam body and the column bodies form an outer frame structure. The construction method comprises the steps of firstly constructing the column bodies, then, constructing the beam and the wall, and finally constructing floor slabs and braces. The system has the advantages that vertical loads of a building are jointly borne by a frame and a shear wall, the horizontal effect is mainly borne by the shear wall with the large horizontal stiffness, and the system has the advantages that the frame structure arrangement is flexible and convenient to use, and also has the high rigidity and the high shock resistance. The whole structure is more stable, the internal space is large, the number of column bodies can be decreased, construction is more convenient and rapider, the wall body part can be adopted as an elevator shaft or an equipment room, and the elevator shaft can be conveniently placed and installed.
本发明提出一种装配式外框架剪力墙结构体系及其施工方法。该结构体系包括点状布置的柱体,柱体之间连接墙体或梁体,所述的墙体和柱体形成内墙结构,梁体和柱体形成外框结构。该施工方法先施工柱体,然后施工梁和墙,最后施工楼板和支撑。本发明的优点:建筑的竖向荷载分别由框架和剪力墙共同承担,而水平作用主要由抗侧刚度较大的剪力墙承担,既具有框架结构布置灵活、使用方便的特点,又有较大的刚度和较强的抗震能力;整体结构更加稳定,内部空间大,柱数可减少,施工更加方便、快捷,墙体部分可作为电梯井或设备间,利于电梯井的安置、安装。
