The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a fine stone concrete flat roof expansion joint. The method comprises the following steps that before roof engineering concrete is poured, a determined position of the expansion joint is snapped by using an ink line, a cut leftover granite slab is embedded and pasted to a base layer along the ink line by using same proportion mortar, a top elevation is the same as that of a roof surface layer, and the width of the expansion joint is reserved in the middle; after the mortar reaches acertain strength, roof concrete is poured and cured for 7 days; and sealant injection and caulking on the expansion joint are conducted. According to the method, a granite slab excess material is fully utilized for construction, the material utilization rate is improved, after concrete pouring is completed, the expansion joint molding quality reaches the requirement, the width and the depth of the expansion joint can be ensured to be consistent, the straightness of the expansion joint is ensured, later-period caulking is not prone to pollute the surface layer, clearing is facilitated, engineering reaches standards through one step, the later maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and the construction period pressure is reduced. The method is mainly applied to the aspect of concrete surfaceexpansion joint construction.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种细石混凝土平屋面伸缩缝施工方法。步骤为在屋面工程混凝土浇筑前,用墨线弹出确定的伸缩缝位置,用同配比砂浆将裁切的边角料花岗岩板条沿墨线镶贴在基层上,顶标高与屋面面层同平,中间留出伸缩缝宽度;砂浆达到一定强度后,进行屋面混凝土浇筑并养护7天;伸缩缝打胶嵌缝。该方法充分利用花岗岩板余料施工,提高材料利用率;混凝土浇筑完成后,伸缩缝成型质量达到要求;能保证伸缩缝的宽度、深度一致,确保伸缩缝的顺直;后期嵌缝不容易污染面层,且方便清理做到工程一次成优,大大减少后期维修费用,减轻工期压力。本发明主要应用于混凝土面伸缩缝施工方面。
