Roof expansion joint structure and construction method
The invention discloses a roof expansion joint structure and a construction method thereof. A bottom accessory is pre-embedded on a roof panel to be leveled and fixed when roof panel steel bars are bound; meanwhile, a vertical plate on the bottom accessory is used as a water stop steel plate for secondary pouring; and the bottom accessory is located at an expansion joint reversed beam of a corresponding roof, then roof concrete is poured, the compactness and galling of a concrete surface are noticed at a partition joint reversed beam, after people can get on the concrete, a finished reversed ridge or a reversed ridge non-dismantling formwork is directly installed on the bottom accessory, and then the concrete is poured for the second time to reinforce a connecting point or form an expansion joint reversed ridge. By means of the construction method, materials and labor of partition joint reverse ridge reserved steel bars can be reduced, and reservation and later cutting of the supporting pre-embedded steel bars of a side plate after secondary pouring can be reduced; by means of the method, formwork erecting operation can be reduced, and one-time pouring of inner side suspended formworks is reduced; and material consumption is reduced, construction difficulty is lowered, construction time is shortened, separation joint reverse ridge construction quality is improved, and later-stage water leakage hidden danger is reduced.
本发明公开了一种屋面伸缩缝结构及其施工方法,采用在屋面板钢筋绑扎时将底部配件预埋在屋面板上调平及固定,同时利用底部配件上的竖板作为二次浇筑的止水钢板,该底部配件位于对应屋面的伸缩缝反梁处,然后再浇筑屋面混凝土,分隔缝反梁处注意混凝土面的密实及拉毛,在混凝土能上人后,在底部配件直接安装成品反坎或者安装反坎免拆模板,然后二次浇筑混凝土加强连接点或形成伸缩缝反坎;该做法可以减少分隔缝反坎预留钢筋的材料及人工,及二次浇筑后装侧板的支撑预埋钢筋预留及后期的切除;该做法可以减少支模作业.减少了一次浇筑内侧的吊模;该做法减少了材料消耗,降低施工难度及缩短施工时间,提高分隔缝反坎施工质量,减少后期漏水隐患。
