The invention discloses a sectional material structure of an aluminum alloy skylight. The sectional material structure is applied to a window frame of the skylight, the window frame comprises a borderarranged at the edge of the skylight and a first sealing strip, the border comprises a strip-shaped groove, the side wall of the strip-shaped groove is provided with a plurality of teeth, the strip-shaped groove is provided with a T-shaped piece integrally formed on the strip-shaped groove, and an interval area between the strip-shaped groove and the T-shaped piece is divided into a first area and a second area through the T-shaped piece; and a clamping groove is formed in the position, away from the skylight, in the second area, a second sealing strip is arranged in the clamping groove and provided with a second sealing part extending out of the clamping groove, and the second sealing part extends out of a longitudinal area of the T-shaped piece or the strip-shaped groove. According to the sectional material structure of the aluminum alloy skylight, the skylight is fixed through the adjusted sectional material structure and cooperation of the existing first sealing strip, a structureof the first sealing strip is adjusted, and meanwhile the side, close to a wall face or a plate face, of the aluminum alloy skylight can be sealed.
