The invention discloses a stably opened and closed aluminum alloy skylight which comprises a base and a ceiling assembly arranged on the base. A magnetic plate and a plurality of position stoppers arearranged on the ceiling assembly. Each position stopper is provided with a stopping edge arranged inclined to the ceiling assembly, the magnetic plate and the stopping edges are located on a rotatingpath of a window frame, an actuating assembly matched with each position stopper is arranged on the window frame, the end part of each stopping edge is provided with a magnetic part, at least two bolts separated from each other are arranged on each actuating assembly to form a storage area, and the magnetic part is located in the storage area along the rotating path of the window frame. The ceiling assembly is internally provided with a leveling assembly matched with the magnetic plate, the leveling assembly comprises a first spring, an electromagnet and a bending bracket, the electromagnet and the first spring are separately arranged on two sides of the bending bracket, and the mounting positions of the first spring and the electromagnet on the bending bracket have a height difference. The invention aims to provide the stably opened and closed aluminum alloy skylight which overcomes the potential safety hazards to the aluminum alloy skylight as a result of opening and closing instability.
