The invention discloses a floor outer wall feeding paint sprayer. The floor outer wall feeding paint sprayer comprises a fixed base used for being fixed to the top of a building, wherein a mooring rope machine body is arranged on the front side of the fixed base; a telescopic cavity is formed in the fixed base; and a telescopic device capable of driving the machine body to move front and back is arranged in the telescopic cavity. Through the separated structure that a paint spraying machine body and the mooring rope machine body are connected through a mooring rope, the mooring rope machine body can be fixed to the top layer of the building, the paint spraying machine body is controlled through the mooring rope to spray paint on the wall of the building, manual paint spraying on the wall outside the building is avoided, the labor cost is saved, and the danger of high-risk work such as building paint spraying is also reduced; and moreover, a fan blade device is arranged on the paint spraying machine body, so that the paint spraying machine body can be tightly attached to the wall, and the paint spraying machine body is prevented from shaking or rotating when moving up and down to spray paint on the wall.
