The invention discloses a rest room lower air exhaust system with an automatic ventilation function. The system comprises an exhaust fan and an infrared induction switch, wherein the infrared induction switch comprises an infrared induction probe, the exhaust fan comprises exhaust fan blades and a motor, the motor is fixedly connected with the exhaust fan blades through a rotating shaft, the infrared induction switch is connected with the motor, and the exhaust fan and the infrared induction probe are installed above an urinal or a closet pan. During use, the AC mains supplies power to the exhaust fan through the infrared induction switch, the infrared induction switch is used for inducing the human body to get close to or leave the urinal or the closet pan, controlling the power on or offof the exhaust fan by the AC mains supply, and realizing automatic air exchange of the east room, and the exhaust fan is installed above the urinal or the closet pan to realize the lower exhaust of the rest room.
