The automatic ventilation type board room is reasonable in structural design and easy to produce, indoor air can achieve the automatic ventilation or heating function through interaction of a solar heat absorbing plate, the ventilation channel, the air inlet channel and the air port channel, the use cost is very low, the efficiency is high, and the phenomena that the cost is high, the air exchange performance is poor and environmental protection is not facilitated when an air conditioner is used alone are eradicated.
