The invention discloses a preparing method of an orientation heat conduction wear-resisting composite brake material. The method particularly comprises the following steps of firstly, preparing wear-resisting ceramic slurry; secondly, preparing orientated-arrangement BN fiber cylinders; thirdly, preparing orientation porous composite wear-resisting ceramic; fourthly, preparing an orientation holeheat conduction inner wall; and fifthly, preparing the orientation heat conduction wear-resisting composite brake material. According to the heat conduction wear-resisting composite brake material prepared through the method, wear-resisting ceramic provides excellent wear-resisting performance for the composite brake material, three layers of heat conduction channels are mounted according to a certain interval, the orientation heat conduction property is improved while the material wear-resisting property is ensured, and in the brake process, generated heat can be rapidly conducted out in an orientation manner along three layers of heat conduction channels.
