Graphene composite heat-conducting wear-resisting layer for floor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a graphene composite heat-conducting wear-resistant layer for a floor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting various material components including a resin base material, graphene filler, ceramic filler, a curing agent, a solvent, an antioxidant and an auxiliary agent; blending at a low speed and then blending at a high speed to obtain a mixed material; and compounding the mixed material through a hot pressing process, and carrying out one-step molding to obtain the graphene composite heat-conducting wear-resistant layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing different materials at a low speed; and then performing high-speed mixing to increase the shearing effect, andchemically bonding the graphene between the ceramic molecular layers under the combined action of the additives to form a firm net-shaped structure.
本发明提供了一种地板用石墨烯复合导热耐磨层及其制备方法,包括:选取各物料组分,包括树脂基材、石墨烯填料、陶瓷填料、固化剂、溶剂、抗氧化剂和助剂;先低速共混再高速共混各物料组分得混合物料;将所述混合物料通过热压工艺复合一次成型制得石墨烯复合导热耐磨层。本发明先低速混合将把不同的物料均匀混在一起;再高速混合增加剪切的作用,和助剂共同作用,使石墨烯化学键合在陶瓷分子层之间,形成牢固的网状结构。
