The invention discloses a method for floating manufacturing reinforced concrete immersed tube couplings, which comprises the following steps of: step 1, binding a bottom plate, a side wall, a first top plate, a first middle partition wall concrete, a second top plate and a second middle partition wall concrete for steel bar pouring tube couplings in a shallow dry dock; step two, arranging steel end shells, end sealing walls and guiding devices at two ends of the tube couplings; step 3, performing floating pouring on a third top plate and a third middle partition wall concrete remained on the top plate at a floating pouring dock; and step 4, after the floating pouring is finished, dragging the tube couplings to a specified position to carry out outfitting and then immersing. According to the invention, the depth of the fixed dry dock foundation pit is reduced, the water dredging amount in the floating transportation process is reduced, and the method is suitable for immersed tube tunnels with various scales.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土沉管管节的浮态制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,在浅干坞内绑扎钢筋浇筑管节的底板、侧墙、第一顶板、第一中隔墙混凝土、第二顶板和第二中隔墙混凝土;步骤二,在管节的两端均设置钢端壳、端封墙及导向装置;步骤三,在浮态浇筑码头对顶板剩余的第三顶板和第三中隔墙混凝土进行浮态浇筑;步骤四,浮态浇筑完成后,将管节拖至指定位置进行舾装后沉放。本发明降低了固定干坞基坑深度,减少了浮运过程水中疏浚量,且适用于各种规模沉管隧道。
