Method for preparing aggregate and concrete from industrial solid wastes
The invention discloses a method for preparing aggregate from industrial solid waste. The method comprises the following preparation steps of S1, mixing the industrial solid waste and an excitant, anduniformly stirring, and S2, conducting extrusion molding and drying, and acquiring aggregate. The aggregate prepared by the method can be used for preparing concrete. The method comprises the following steps of S1, stacking the dried aggregate in a mold, S2, pouring high-flow-state slurry, and S3, after the strength is achieved, conducting demolding to obtain a concrete product. According to themethod, the aggregate is prepared by directly mixing the industrial solid waste with the excitation material, secondary processing treatment on solid waste materials is not needed, the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production, concrete can be conveniently prepared on site or concrete products can be conveniently manufactured in factories by pouring high-flow-state slurry through pre-filled aggregate, and the surface can also be further protected. Therefore, the requirement for large-scale low-cost treatment of industrial solid waste can be met, secondary pollution is remarkablyreduced, and a complete original-state industrial solid waste treatment system is formed.
