The invention discloses a method for preparing a green low-carbon concrete material by using solid waste, which comprises the following steps: mixing alkaline residue with water content of 40-60%, carbide slag, slag and fly ash, stirring for the first time, then adding a superplasticizer and water, stirring for the second time, and finally adding a curing agent for curing to obtain the green low-carbon concrete material. Adding ordinary Portland cement, natural river sand, iron tailing sand and waste glass powder, stirring for the third time, finally adding iron tailings and nano silicon oxide, and stirring for the fourth time to obtain a mixture; loading the prepared mixture into a mold, vibrating, compacting and standing until final setting is completed, covering the surface of the mixture with wet cloth, standing for one day in an environment with the temperature of 20 +/-2 DEG C and the relative humidity of more than 50%, demolding, and curing a demolded test piece in an environment with the temperature of 23-25 DEG C and the relative humidity of 95 +/-5 DEG C to prepare the concrete material. The concrete material prepared by the method is excellent in performance and low in preparation cost.
本发明公开了一种利用固体废弃物制备绿色低碳混凝土材料的方法,包括以下步骤:将含水量为40‑60%的碱渣和电石渣和矿渣、粉煤灰混合进行第一次搅拌,然后加入超塑化剂、水,进行第二次搅拌,之后加入普通硅酸盐水泥、天然河砂、铁尾矿砂、废玻璃粉,进行第三次搅拌,最后加入铁尾矿、纳米氧化硅,进行第四次搅拌,制得混合物;将上述制得的混合物装入到模具中,震荡压实,静置待终凝完成后,以湿布覆盖其表面,在温度为20±2℃、相对湿度超过50%的环境中静置一天后脱模,之后将脱模后的试件在温度为23‑25℃,相对湿度为95±5℃的环境下进行养护,制得混凝土材料。该方法制得的混凝土材料不仅性能优异,且制备成本低。
