Low-molecular-weight phosphate-based water reducing agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a low-molecular-weight phosphate-based water reducing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The low-molecular-weight phosphate-based water reducing agent is obtained by the following steps: performing ring opening on epoxy chloropropane through a phosphorylated monomer, further performing a phosphate esterification reaction, and then reacting with amino polyether to obtain the low-molecular-weight phosphate-based water reducing agent. The preparation method is simple and efficient in reaction process. The phosphate-based water reducing agent isused as a cement-based dispersing agent, has good adaptability to cement and is long in slump retaining time. Compared with a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the phosphate-based water reducing agenthas better adaptability, slump loss resistance and tolerance to clay.
本发明公开了一种低分子量磷酸基减水剂及其制备方法和应用。所述低分子量磷酸基减水剂是通过磷酸化单体对环氧氯丙烷开环,进一步磷酸酯化反应后,再与氨基聚醚反应,得到所述低分子量磷酸基减水剂。所述制备方法反应工艺简单、高效。所述磷酸基减水剂作为水泥基分散剂应用,对水泥具有很好的适应性,保坍时间长。与聚羧酸减水剂相比,磷酸基减水剂具有更好的适应性,保坍性,对黏土的耐受性。
