The invention discloses a connecting piece for positioning stress bars, and a prefabricated component. The problem of poor performance of a prefabricated component is solved. The connecting piece forthe positioning stress bars comprises a mounting section, a fixing section and an extending section; the mounting section is arranged in the prefabricated component and provided with a first clampinggroove used for clamping longitudinal bars and a second clamping groove used for clamping transverse bars; the fixing section is arranged on the inner side of the mounting section and provided with amounting hole used for being connected with one end of a hanging bar; and the extending section is arranged on the outer side of the mounting section, wherein the fixing section is used for controlling the distances between the longitudinal bars and the transverse bars with the inner side wall of the prefabricated component, and the extending section is used for controlling the distances between the longitudinal bars and the transverse bars with the outer side wall of the prefabricated component.
