The invention discloses a connecting piece and a prefabricated component to solve the problem that an existing connecting piece has difficulty in clamping. The connecting piece comprises an installingsection and a fixing section, wherein the installing section is disposed in a wall, at least one first clamping groove for clamping carrying steel and at least one guide section are disposed on the installing section, each guide section corresponds to one first clamping groove and is configured to guide the carrying steel to slide into the corresponding first clamping groove, and the fixing section is disposed on the installing section and configured to be connected to a hanging rib on another wall.
