The invention discloses a rigid material combined layer anti-seepage device and a mounting method thereof. The rigid material combined layer anti-seepage device comprises a first rigid structure, a second rigid structure, a groove and a water stop sealing strip; the first rigid structure and the second rigid structure are combined with each other, the groove is formed in the combined end face of the first rigid structure, and the water stop sealing strip is clamped in the groove; and the end face of the side, away from the groove, of the water stop sealing strip exceeds the combined end face of the first rigid structure and makes contact with the combined end face of the second rigid structure. According to the rigid material combined layer anti-seepage device and the mounting method thereof, the anti-seepage process work between the rigid structures is completed by using the design scheme of the water stop sealing strip and the groove, in addition, a test experiment is passed, the design scheme is novel, and the actual effect is good.
