The invention discloses a protection device for metal door and window mounting construction in the technical field of glass door and window mounting. The protection device comprises a fixed bottom plate and a lifting basket. The upper end of the fixed bottom plate is fixedly connected with a telescopic column. The upper end of the telescopic column is fixedly connected with a motor. The power shaft end of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating disc. The upper end of the rotating disc is fixedly connected with a supporting plate. The right side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with a winch. Fixed assemblies are arranged on the two sides in the lifting basket.
