The invention discloses an attached wall support seat of a rail and rack integrated type attached wall supporting device. The attached wall support seat comprises a bottom plate, supporting claws, a supporting lug plate and a lateral-resistant guiding mechanism, wherein the supporting lug plate is fixed to one side of the bottom plate, the supporting claws are supported on the supporting lug plateand rotationally connected with the supporting lug plate and can turn over freely, the supporting claws are used for supporting force bearing bars of guide rail stand columns, the lateral-resistant guiding mechanism comprises an inner side lateral-resistant guiding wheel and an outer side lateral-resistant guiding wheel, the inner side lateral-resistant guiding wheel and the outer side lateral-resistant guiding wheel are matched to clamp T-shaped groove guide rails of the guide rail stand columns, and the inner side lateral-resistant guiding wheel and the outer side lateral-resistant guidingwheel are mounted on the bottom plate and are both rotatable. The invention further provides the rail and rack integrated type attached wall supporting device and a jacking method thereof. Vertical and horizontal loads of a construction integrated platform can be effectively transmitted, attached wall support seats are distributed vertically along the wall body at intervals and can be recycled foruse after being taken down, and cost is effectively reduced.
