The invention discloses a wall-attached supporting device and a jacking method.The wall-attached supporting device comprises a wall-attached support, a wall-attached connecting piece, a supporting frame body and a supporting claw, the wall-attached connecting piece is installed on the surface of a concrete wall, one end of the wall-attached support is fixedly connected with the wall-attached connecting piece, and the other end of the wall-attached support is fixedly connected with the supporting claw; the other end of the wall-attached support is provided with a supporting holding claw hanging seat capable of turning over upwards, the construction integration platform is fixed to the top end of the supporting frame body, the supporting holding claw is installed on the supporting frame body, and the supporting frame body is hung on the supporting holding claw hanging seat through the supporting holding claw. The wall-attached supporting device provided by the embodiment of the invention is low in arrangement requirement and few in arrangement structure, has the characteristic of high bearing capacity, can effectively transfer the load of the construction integration platform to a concrete wall body, and well ensures the stability and safety of the construction integration platform.
