The invention relates to electromagnetic controlled-release microcapsule/steel fiber self-repairing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The electromagnetic controlled-release microcapsule/steelfiber self-repairing concrete is prepared from cement, coal ash, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, electromagnetic controlled-release microcapsules, surface-treated steel fibers, a water reducingagent and water. According to the invention, the prepared electromagnetic controlled-release microcapsules and the surface-treated steel fibers are added into concrete; the steel fibers are subjectedto eddy heat generation through an external electromagnetic field, a microcapsule wall material is heated and melted by utilizing the excellent heat conduction effect of graphite and high-heat-conductivity fibrous carbon powder, isocyanate in microcapsules is released, and the isocyanate and water in the concrete are subjected to chemical reaction to generate a cured product, so that the internaldamage and microcracks of the concrete are repaired. The electromagnetic controlled-release microcapsule/steel fiber self-repairing concrete prepared by the method is high in heating speed in the external electromagnetic field and good in repairing effect on the internal damage and microcracks of the concrete, and the service life of a concrete structure is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及一种电磁控释微胶囊/钢纤维自修复混凝土及其制备方法。所述电磁控释微胶囊/钢纤维自修复混凝土由水泥、粉煤灰、细骨料、粗骨料、电磁控释微胶囊、表面处理的钢纤维、减水剂、水组成。本发明将制备的电磁控释微胶囊和表面处理过的钢纤维加入混凝土中,通过外加电磁场使钢纤维涡流生热,利用石墨和高导热纤维状碳粉的优良热传导作用使微胶囊壁材升温融化,释放出微胶囊内部的异氰酸酯,异氰酸酯与混凝土内部水份发生化学反应生成固化产物,从而修复混凝土的内部损伤和微裂缝。采用本发明制备的电磁控释微胶囊/钢纤维自修复混凝土,在外加电磁场中升温速度快,对混凝土内部损伤和微裂缝修复效果好,大幅度延长混凝土构筑物的服役寿命。
