Blend fiber and nested microcapsule self-repairing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to blend fiber and nested microcapsule self-repairing concrete and a preparation method thereof. Comprising lower-layer concrete and upper-layer concrete, blend fibers are uniformly doped into the lower-layer concrete, blend fibers and nested microcapsules are doped into the upper-layer concrete, and when microcracks are generated on the surface of the concrete for the first time, the blend fibers can effectively resist propagation of the microcracks, a uniformly dispersed network is formed, loads are shared, and crack propagation is delayed; therefore, the overall toughness of the concrete is improved; when cracks further appear on the surface of the concrete, the outer capsule wall of the nested microcapsule is broken, and MMA is diffused into the cracks and reacts with an initiator in the concrete to heal the cracks; meanwhile, the small-particle-size microcapsules flow out along with the MMA and are dispersed in the concrete; and when the concrete cracks again, the small-particle-size microcapsules at the cracks are broken, so that the cracks are healed. The blend fibers and the nested microcapsules are doped into the concrete, so that toughening of the concrete and repeated self-healing of cracks are realized.
