The production method comprises the following steps: 1, selecting raw materials for concrete production; wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 320 to 450 parts of cement, 300 to 420 parts of stone, 600 to 860 parts of sand, 260 to 400 parts of water, 35 to 50 parts ofa water reducing agent, 95 to 105 parts of fly ash, 42 to 57 parts of basalt, 12 to 25 parts of quartz and 15 to 32 parts of mineral powder, and weighing the raw materials in parts by weight. According to the concrete, the mineral powder, the quartz and the basalt are added, so that the ultrahigh strength of the concrete is effectively improved; the viscosity effect between concrete is reduced byadding the water reducing agent, concrete production is stirred, mixed and conveyed by arranging a stirring and conveying device, the stirring and mixing effect between concrete raw materials is effectively improved, and therefore the structural strength and the use performance are effectively improved.
