Crack sealing material and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement patching materials, and particularly discloses a crack sealing material and a preparation process thereof. The crack sealing material comprises, by mass, 100 parts of water-based cationic emulsified asphalt, 8-15 parts of a single-component cationic polymer, 2.5-4 parts of SBR latex, 0.2-0.4 part of a film-forming agent, 5-10 parts of water-based rubber powder, 0.1-0.3 part of cellulose and 30-38 parts of talcum powder or diatomite. The substances are subjected to high speed stirring at room temperature to obtain the crack sealing material. When the sealing material disclosed by the invention is used for pavement repairing, heating is not needed, and the sealing material is environmentally friendly, convenient to construct and high in efficiency, and has small influence on traffic.
