The invention provides a pile plate roadbed structure and a railroad bed. The pile plate roadbed structure comprises a bearing plate, a plurality of cast-in-situ bored piles and a plurality of joists,the bottom ends of the multiple cast-in-situ bored piles extend into the foundation, the bearing plate is longitudinally arranged along a line and supported by the top ends of the multiple cast-in-situ bored piles, the joists are arranged between the bearing plate and the cast-in-situ bored piles respectively and longitudinally arranged at intervals along the line, and at least two joists are arranged at the two longitudinal ends of the bearing plate; the multiple cast-in-situ bored piles are longitudinally arranged at intervals along a line, and the multiple cast-in-situ bored piles are transversely arranged in a single row along the line in an existing building section. According to the pile plate roadbed structure, the number of the cast-in-situ bored piles in the transverse directionof the line can be flexibly changed; in an existing building section, the cast-in-situ bored piles are transversely arranged in the single row along the line; in the non-limited section, the cast-in-situ bored piles are transversely arranged in a single row or double rows along the line; the roadbed structure design problem of the limited section is solved, and mutual influence between a newly-built project and the existing building is reduced or eliminated.
本发明提供了一种桩板路基结构及铁路路基,桩板路基结构包括承载板、多个钻孔灌注桩和多个托梁,多个钻孔灌注桩的底端均伸入地基内,承载板沿线路纵向设置并支撑于多个钻孔灌注桩的顶端,托梁分别设置于承载板与钻孔灌注桩之间且多个托梁沿线路纵向间隔设置,其中至少两个托梁设置于承载板的纵向两端;多个钻孔灌注桩沿线路纵向间隔设置,且多个钻孔灌注桩在既有建筑物地段沿线路横向单排设置。该桩板路基结构,在线路横向上钻孔灌注桩的数量能够灵活布置;既有建筑物地段,钻孔灌注桩沿线路横向单排设置;在非受限地段,钻孔灌注桩沿线路横向设置单排或者双排;解决了受限地段路基结构设计问题,减小或消除了新建工程与既有建筑物的相互影响。
