The invention provides a rail adjuster for rail transit. The rail adjuster comprises an adjusting device arranged on one side of a rail. The adjusting body comprises a pressing piece, a fixing plate and a driving piece. The fixing plate is fixed to the ground. An adjusting screw rod is vertically and rotationally connected to the upper plate surface of the fixing plate; the adjusting screw rod penetrates through and is in threaded connection with the pressing piece, one end of the driving piece is connected to the pressing piece, the other end of the driving piece extends to the position rightunder the rail, a rolling body is arranged at the end, right below the rail, of the driving piece, and the rolling body can be abutted against the lower surface of the rail. A thrust piece is connected to the fixing plate in a sliding mode, and a tooth face is arranged on the upper surface of the thrust piece. The adjusting body comprises an adjusting gear, and the adjusting gear is meshed with the adjusting screw rod and the tooth face. According to the technical scheme, the difficulty of adjusting the distance between the rails can be effectively lowered.
