The invention provides a rail adjuster for construction of an embedded rail system of urban rail transit. The rail adjuster comprises a sliding seat, and first supports are mounted at the left end and the right end of the sliding seat through bolts; a secondary telescopic rod is mounted on the inner side of the first support through bolts and nuts; a second support is mounted on the outer side of the second-stage telescopic rod through bolts and nuts; rear supporting plates are mounted on the left and right sides of the rear end of the sliding seat through bolts; supporting and fixing screws are in threaded connection with the left side and the right side in the sliding seat, and mounting conical heads are welded to the lower ends of the supporting and fixing screws; movable seats are inserted into the left and right sides of the rear part of the sliding seat; operation clamping fixing seat structures are supported on the left side and the right side in the sliding seat; a measurement movable display seat structure is supported at the upper end of the sliding seat. Through the arrangement of the operation clamping fixing seat structure, the clamping head is matched for installation and is driven to be used along with the operation clamping fixing seat structure, the function of conveniently operating and connecting with the rail connecting position is achieved, and the influence of a groove in the pre-buried position is avoided.
