The invention discloses an anti-settlement highway subgrade reinforcing structure and a construction method. The anti-settlement highway subgrade reinforcing structure comprises a lifting layer, a first reinforcing layer, a second reinforcing layer and a control part. The first reinforcing layer is arranged on the lifting layer and comprises a plurality of reinforcing bottom plates and first concrete layers on the reinforcing bottom plates, each reinforcing bottom plate comprises a box body and a cover plate, a first opening is formed in the top end of each box body, a plurality of rows of first pipe bodies are arranged in each box body, and the first pipe bodies are in butt joint with water outlets in the two sides of the subgrade through second pipe bodies; a column body is arranged between the first pipe bodies, and concrete is poured into the box body; the cover plate is buckled at the top end of the box body; concrete is poured inside and outside the column body to form a first concrete layer located at the top end of the cover plate; and the control part comprises a controller and an intelligent settlement sensing module connected to the controller and is used for adjusting an included angle between a lifting pressing plate and the road surface so as to compensate settlement of the road surface. The reinforcing effect of the highway subgrade is effectively improved, meanwhile, the function of rapidly compensating for pavement settlement is achieved, and construction and installation are rapid and labor-saving.
本发明公开了一种防沉降公路路基加固结构及施工方法,包括:升降层;第一加固层,其设置在升降层上,第一加固层包括加固底板和加固底板上的第一混凝土层,加固底板设置为多个,加固底板包括盒体和盖板,盒体顶端设置第一开口,盒体内设置多排第一管体,第一管体通过第二管体与路基两侧的排水口对接;第一管体之间设置柱体,盒体内浇筑混凝土;盖板扣合在盒体的顶端;柱体内外浇筑混凝土,以形成位于盖板顶端的第一混凝土层;第二加固层;控制部,其包括控制器和连接到控制器的沉降智能感应模块,调整升降压板与路面之间的夹角,以补偿路面的沉降。本发明有效提升公路路基的加固的效果,同时具有快速补偿路面沉降的功能,施工安装快速省力。
