The invention relates to a colored asphalt beam pouring type commercial residential district landscape pavement which comprises kerbs at the two sides, and a colored permeable asphalt layer, a waterproof layer, a concrete layer, a rubble layer, a large sand cushion layer and a soil base layer arranged between the kerbs at the two sides from top to bottom. A stainless steel screen plate extending in the length direction of the kerbs is arranged under the kerbs. A plurality of uniformly distributed small holes are formed in the stainless steel screen plate, the lower end of the stainless steel screen plate is lower than the horizontal root of the lowermost layer of a nearby tree, and the two ends of the stainless steel screen plate in the length direction are bent towards the side, away fromthe road surface, of the kerbs so as to guide the horizontal root extending towards the stainless steel screen plate to fold back and grow. The horizontal roots of trees near the road surface can beeffectively prevented from entering the road surface and damaging the road surface; and the problem that the road surface collapses finally due to holes in the lower part of the road surface caused bysoil scouring due to cracking of the nearby pre-buried water pipes can be avoided.
本发明涉及彩色沥青梁浇筑式商品住宅小区景观路面。包括位于两侧的路缘石以及位于两侧路缘石之间自上而下设置的彩色透水沥青层、防水层、混凝土层、碎石层、大沙垫层和土壤基层，所述路缘石的下方设有沿路缘石长度方向延伸的不锈钢网板，不锈钢网板上设有多个均布的小孔，不锈钢网板的下端低于附近树木的最下层的水平根，不锈钢网板的长度方向的两端朝向路缘石的远离路面的一侧弯折，以引导朝向不锈钢网板延伸的水平根折返生长。可有效防止路面附近树木的水平根进入路面以下并对路面造成破坏；还能避免因附近预埋水管开裂冲刷泥土而导致路面下部空洞、最终导致路面坍塌的问题。
