The invention suitable for the technical field of municipal engineering provides a multifunctional separated bridge pipeline box structure which comprises a vertical inner side crash barrier, an outerside box side plate, an outer side plate foundation, a top cover plate, a pipeline base and an embedded drainage pipe. The vertical inner side crash barrier serves as an inner side plate of the pipeline box structure, the top cover plate is arranged on brackets of the inner side plate and the outer side plate to serve as a movable top cover plate, and the pipeline base is used for supporting andfixing the pipeline and arranged in the pipeline box. The embedded drainage pipe is embedded in the bottom of the vertical inner side crash barrier and penetrates through the thickness direction of the vertical inner side crash barrier.
