The invention provides a bridge structure for vacuum pipeline traffic. The bridge structure comprises an upper-layer pipe beam, a lower-layer beam, a cast-in-place combination part and at least two sets of pier assemblies. The at least two sets of pier assemblies are arranged in the extending direction of a bridge in a spaced mode and fixed in a foundation. The lower-layer beam is erected and fixed to the top ends of the at least two sets of pier assemblies. The upper-layer tubular beam is fixed at the top end of the lower-layer beam through a cast-in-place combination part; the upper-layer pipe beam comprises a U-shaped beam and an n-shaped pipe matched with the U-shaped beam, an outer wrapping steel plate is arranged on the outer side face of the U-shaped beam, the top end of the outer wrapping steel plate is in butt joint with the bottom end of the n-shaped pipe and is fixed to the bottom end of the n-shaped pipe in a sealed mode, and a sealed operation pipeline is formed in the middle of the U-shaped beam and the middle of the n-shaped pipe.
