The invention discloses an installation construction method for a tied-arch bridge arch rib. Arch ribs are pre-assembled before being transferred to a construction site to be assembled, so that the arch ribs conveyed to the construction site meet the construction requirement, the construction progress is guaranteed; the assembling and positioning accuracy of the arch ribs on the construction siteis high, and the assembling quality is guaranteed. When the tied-arch bridge arch rib is installed, a plurality of arch rib sections needed for assembling the arch rib are machined in a factory, so that the size of the arch rib sections meets the design requirement of the arch rib. After the arch rib sections are machined, scanning is conducted, simulated assembling is conducted on the scanned arch rib sections on a computer, a pre-assembled scanning model is compared with a BIM three-dimensional model built on the computer, the positions which do not conform to the BIM three-dimensional modelare found out, and the arch rib sections corresponding to the positions are trimmed. Therefore, the situation that the arch rib sections which do not meet the design requirements are conveyed to a construction site, so that a situation that the arch rib sections do not meet the requirements only during formal assembly, and the normal construction progress is influenced is avoided.
本发明公开了一种系杆拱桥拱肋安装施工方法,拱肋运转到施工现场拼装之前先进行预拼装,保证运送到施工现场的拱肋符合施工要求,保证施工进度,而且拱肋在施工现场拼装定位精准度高,保证了拼装质量。系杆拱桥拱肋安装时,先在工厂加工出拼装拱肋需要的若干段拱肋段,拱肋段的尺寸满足拱肋的设计要求。拱肋段加工完成后先进行扫描,完成扫描的拱肋段在计算机上进行模拟拼装,将预拼装完成的扫描模型与计算机上构建的BIM三维模型进行比对,找出与BIM三维模型不相符的地方,并对这些地方对应的拱肋段进行修整。避免将不符合设计要求的拱肋段运送带施工现场,从而在正式拼装的时候才发现拱肋段不符合要求,影响正常的施工进度。
