Through tied arch bridge and installation method thereof
The invention relates to a through tied arch bridge which comprises arch ribs, box type wind braces, suspenders, tie beams, cross beams and small longitudinal beams. The invention further relates to an installation method of the through tied arch bridge. The installation method comprises the following steps that (1) all the produced and machined components are pre-assembled and welded in a prefabrication yard; (2) after pre-assembly is finished, all the sections are dismantled and transported to a construction site; (3) on-site installation and construction; and (4) after installation is completed, the main bridge assembling support and the temporary support are dismantled. According to the method, the welding quality of bridge components can be guaranteed, internal residual stress is eliminated, welding cracks are avoided, deformation is controlled, the machining precision is improved, and it is guaranteed that all welding properties meet the design requirements of bridges; according to the installation method, it is ensured that all structural parts of the arch bridge are accurately aligned, the assembling precision is high, and the installed through tied arch bridge is accurate in line type.
本发明涉及一种下承式系杆拱桥,包括拱肋、箱型风撑、吊杆、系梁、横梁和小纵梁。本发明还涉及一种下承式系杆拱桥的安装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将生产加工好的各构件在预制场进行预拼装、焊接;(2)预拼装结束后拆除各节段,运输到施工现场;(3)现场进行安装施工;(4)安装完成,拆除主桥拼装支架和临时支架。本发明能够保证桥梁构件的焊接质量,消除内部残余应力,避免焊接裂纹的产生,控制变形和提高加工精度,保证焊接的各项性能满足桥梁的设计要求;安装方法确保拱桥各结构件之间对位精准、拼装精度高、安装完成的下承式系杆拱桥线型准确。
