The invention, which relates to the technical field of continuous rigid frame construction, discloses a construction method of a continuous rigid frame bridge. N piers are arranged successively; and 0# blocks on the piers comprise A0 type blocks and B0 type blocks. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing pile foundations, bearing platforms and pier bodies; building 0#block supports on the N-2 bridge piers in the middle, and constructing corresponding A0 type 0# blocks and B0 type 0# blocks respectively; dismounting the 0# block supports, symmetrically assembling hanging baskets on two sides of the A0 type 0# blocks and the B0 type 0# blocks, and erecting a side-span straight-line-section cast-in-place bracket; sequentially and symmetrically constructing main beam sections to the maximum main beam cantilever section in a cantilever manner; gradually constructing closure sections according to the principle of firstly side-span and then middle-span to finishclosure of the main beams; after closing of the adjacent side spans of the side piers and the uniform gaps between the B0 type 0# blocks, cutting off temporary filling devices between the gaps, and meanwhile, cutting off the temporary tensioning prestress of the side spans; removing the hanging baskets, and laying a bridge floor and the like. According to the method, a large number of temporary facilities are prevented from being built and detached, the construction time is saved, and the construction safety is improved.
本发明涉及连续刚构施工技术领域,公开了一种连续刚构桥的施工方法,包括依次设置的N个桥墩,桥墩上的0#块包括A0类和B0类,其施工方法以下步骤:施工桩基、承台和墩身;对中间N‑2个桥墩搭设0#块支架,并分别施工相应的A0类和B0类0#块;拆除0#块支架,同时在A0类0#块、B0类0#块的两侧对称拼装挂篮,并搭设边跨直线段现浇支架;依次悬臂对称施工主梁节段至主梁最大悬臂节段;按先边跨后中跨的原则逐步施工合龙段,完成主梁合龙;待边墩相邻边跨及B0类0#块之间的均缝隙合龙后切除缝隙间的临时填充装置,同时剪断边跨临时张拉预应力;拆除挂篮,进行桥面铺设等工作。本发明避免了大量的临时设施的搭建与拆除,节约施工时间,提高了施工安全。
