Asymmetric construction continuous rigid frame bridge and construction method
The invention discloses an asymmetrically constructed continuous rigid frame bridge and a construction method, a section web plate bundle and a section top plate bundle are tensioned between the corresponding positions of each main span suspended pouring beam section and a side span overall support cast-in-place section, and the main span suspended pouring beam sections on the two sides of the continuous rigid frame bridge jointly form a continuous rigid frame bridge box girder through a midspan closure section; and a midspan bottom plate bundle is tensioned between the symmetrical main span suspended pouring beam sections on the two sides of the midspan closure section. The design thought of the asymmetric continuous rigid frame bridge steel strand is provided, the steel beam design characteristics of a conventional cast-in-place box beam and a conventional continuous rigid frame bridge are combined, after side span overall cast-in-place construction is finished, a side span full-length web plate beam is tensioned, and it is guaranteed that loads can still be normally borne when only side spans exist; when a main span cantilever is cast, a section top plate bundle is anchored at a side span web and a top plate chamfer by adopting a tooth block; when a main span cantilever is cast, a section web bundle is anchored at a chamfer of a side span web and a bottom plate through a tooth block, and the problem that steel bundles are difficult to arrange when a continuous rigid frame bridge is asymmetric is solved.
本发明公开了一种非对称施工连续刚构桥及施工方法,每段主跨悬浇梁段与边跨整体支架现浇段对应位置之间张拉节段腹板束和节段顶板束,连续刚构桥两侧的主跨悬浇梁段通过一段跨中合龙段共同组成连续刚构桥箱梁,在跨中合龙段的两侧对称主跨悬浇梁段之间张拉中跨底板束。提供了非对称连续刚构桥钢绞线设计的思路,结合了常规现浇箱梁和常规连续刚构桥的钢束设计特点,边跨整体现浇施工结束后,张拉边跨通长腹板束,保证只有边跨时依旧能正常承受荷载;对于主跨悬臂浇筑时节段顶板束采用齿块锚固在边跨腹板与顶板倒角处;对于主跨悬臂浇筑时节段腹板束采用齿块锚固在边跨腹板与底板倒角处,解决了连续刚构桥非对称时候钢束设置困难的问题。
