The invention relates to a method for exhausting arch rib air in the process of pouring concrete in an arch bridge steel pipe. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, arranging a plurality of exhaust holes on a steel pipe adjacent to the vault of an arch rib, closing all the exhaust holes, pouring concrete into the arch rib in a vacuumizing manner until qualified concrete is discharged from a grout outlet of the vault, and then stopping pumping of the concrete; step 2, opening at least one exhaust hole, inserting a vibrating rod for vibrating, and closing the exhaust hole until no gas or thick slurry emerges from the exhaust hole; step 3, repeating the step 2, and vibrating and exhausting the other exhaust holes in batches until all the exhaust holes finish vibrating and exhausting; and step 4, after completion of vibrating and exhausting in the step 3, keeping the concrete at the vault grout outlet to the original liquid level height, closing the vault grout outlet, and completing arch rib air exhausting. According to the method, air in the steel pipe near the vault can be effectively exhausted, a phenomenon that the steel pipe is disengaged after concrete pouring is completed is avoided, and operation is convenient.
本发明涉及了一种灌注拱桥钢管混凝土过程中排出拱肋空气的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、在拱肋拱顶邻近钢管上设置若干个排气孔,关闭所有排气孔,拱肋抽真空灌注混凝土至拱顶出浆口排出合格混凝土,然后停止泵送混凝土;步骤2、打开至少一个所述排气孔,插入振捣棒进行振捣,直至排气孔无气体冒出或冒出浓浆时,关闭排气孔;步骤3、重复步骤2,分批次对其他所述排气孔进行振捣排气,直至所有的排气孔都完成振捣排气;步骤4、步骤3完成振捣排气后,拱顶出浆口混凝土保持至原来的液面高度,关闭拱顶出浆口,完成拱肋空气排出。该方法能够有效排尽拱顶附近钢管内的空气,避免混凝土灌注完成后钢管脱空现象的发生,操作方便。
